The wonder builds, confusion enters chest
I can’t be sure or put my mind to rest
But foolish thoughts of mine! Her clear intent
Needs not her voice to mimic what she meant
A cretin’s daydream leaves me all in doubt
My unsure mind allows my heart to cloud
But with this cloud so small their comes no rain
I know she loves me though her lips refrain.
In solitary hopelessness I fell,
The lonely thoughts I can’t from me expel
Though from her lips those words have not been freed,
She’s there each moment that I her do need.
Her eyes, her smile, they cannot both be liars,
Its verbal confirmation heart requires.
